Art Class Enrollment Information
Your child’s enrollment reserves their place in a weekly art class, providing consistency, creativity, and artistic growth throughout the school year.
Because class spaces are limited, tuition reserves your child’s spot whether they attend every class or need to miss a day. Missed classes are not refundable, credited, or rescheduled.
If a class is cancelled by the instructor, it will be credited, refunded, or rescheduled accordingly.
Classes run from August through May.

Billing
By completing your enrollment today, you are reserving your child's place for classes beginning in August.
Your payment today covers August tuition. Your next payment will not be processed until around the end of August or beginning of September, when it will cover September tuition.
Tuition will then continue automatically on a monthly basis unless enrollment is cancelled with the required notice.
Class Policies
- All painting supplies and materials are provided. Students only need to bring their creativity and enthusiasm.
- Please arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up to help classes run smoothly and ensure student safety.
- Classes do not meet on major holidays. These planned closures are included in the annual calendar and do not qualify for credits, refunds, or make-up classes.
- Any weather-related closures will be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Withdrawal
To cancel your enrollment, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required. This allows time to plan enrollment and offer the space to another student.
