Globular Amaranth (Comphrena globosa L.) or Perpetual is a plant native to America, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Throughout history, it's leaves have had various medicinal uses: as antimalarials, for teeth falling out, it stops nosebleeds, it's soothing for nervous people and it also helps to reduce fever.

Formerly it was considered as a true flower of immortality for its many benefits.

Perpetual symbolizes eternity.
